本人從事第一線臨床醫療二十多年，由北醫、海軍、長庚、耕莘、仁康、博仁、馬偕、仁德、仁愛、陽明、國泰、慈濟、聖母、西園、中國到縣立三重醫院，歷經超過二十家醫院，包括由醫學中心、區域醫院、地區醫院乃至於地方診所，由基層做到中階主管，一路走來，深刻體認醫療環境之變遷，醫病雙方皆有適應困難，以致誤會叢生而糾紛時起，甚至連全民健保之經營都危如累卵，此決非全體國民所樂見，所以積極參與社會衛生教育，堅信唯有深入了解醫療結構與醫療內涵，發掘問題以提出解決方案，改變觀念及改善制度，積極面對而誠信溝通，才能創造醫病雙贏，健保永續經營的機會。
